  To reduce something, you need to find its source, even stress. Most jobs 

involve some psychological stress, which can seem positive or negative.

🌻 Exercising regularly. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which are known to provide a sense of well-being.

🌻 Meditation and breathing daily help  to understand your inner thoughts until realize that you can only control what you can control.If you take deep breaths during stress, your body will understand that it’s not in a stressful situation.

🌻 Eating healthy and regular meals, try minimizing coffee or caffeine. Eliminate Foods that are rich in sugars and white flour skyrocket your insulin levels and release stress hormones.

🌻 To give a fresh start ،give yourself weekend to separate completely from work.
