  To reduce something, you need to find its source, even stress. Most jobs 

involve some psychological stress, which can seem positive or negative.

๐ŸŒป Eating healthy and regular meals, try minimizing coffee or caffeine. Eliminate Foods that are rich in sugars and white flour skyrocket your insulin levels and release stress hormones.
